The Road to Glory ETS Association is committed to providing concrete support to Italian boxing talents, with the aim of accompanying them throughout their competitive and personal growth journey.
By providing sports scholarships, which correspond to cash contributions, we are able to offer concrete and ongoing support, allowing boxers to fully develop their sporting and personal potential.
The project provides structured, multidisciplinary support that encompasses every aspect of an athlete's career: education and training, sports training, competitive performance, physical health, mental preparation, legal assistance, and sports marketing.
A support model designed to ensure stability, growth, and professionalization in the world of boxing.
Road to Glory puts the athlete at the center, supporting them continuously at every stage of the journey, inside and outside the ring, creating the ideal conditions to focus exclusively on sports performance and personal development.

Sports scholarships are cash contributions awarded to athletes who win the Italian title.
Athletes can use this contribution to support the development of their professional career by investing in one of the following areas:
Study – Academic monitoring aimed at preventing dropouts and cultivating a second career path.
Training – KPI improvement.
Performance – Evaluation of competitive results.
Health – Medical check-ups and injury assistance.
Mind – Mental coaching and psychological assistance.
Legal – Contract and sponsorship assistance.
